As a distributor, you walk a route in the local area and distribute advertisements and newspapers to addresses. The route is planned in advance, and advertisements and newspapers are delivered, so it is easy and manageable to get started.

It is a flexible job that is suitable for school, leisure and next to other jobs.

You can apply for the job if you are 13 years of age or older. The job does not require experience, but it does require that you can take responsibility, be conscientious and complete the route every week.

The job as a distributor is very flexible. You can choose what time of day you walk your route (within a deadline). You distribute once a week and always have two days for the distribution, Wednesday and Thursday.

As a distributor, you are paid by the hour, and the salary depends on the route, scope and experience, among other things. All distributors also earn holiday pay and get access to benefits and discounts.

Distributors under the age of 18 also earn points for our gift shop.

When you start your first job as a young person, you need to be in control of the exemption card. SKAT automatically creates an exemption card for young people from the year they turn 13. When you get a job with us, we download the exemption card digitally, so you don’t have to think about it yourself.

The safety of our distributors is important to us. Young people receive a clear and thorough introduction to the job, guidance in road safety and are assigned a contact person at Omdeler if there are any questions. No one goes out on the route alone without knowing how to do it.

A spare time job can provide much more than money. It can strengthen a sense of responsibility, planning, routines and self-confidence — and provide experience that can be used both in school and later jobs. Many young people find that it also makes them more structured and motivated.

If you are under 18 years old, the parents must be informed and agree on the job. It is the parents who sign the employment agreement. It is about creating a safe environment and common expectations, e.g. for working hours, pay and safety.

It starts with you filling out our application form. Once you are offered a route and have approved it, we will send you various materials and instructions. The entire process takes place digitally and by phone – simple and easy.
