As a distributor, you are paid by the hour. Your salary therefore varies from month to month. It depends on:
If you are under 18 years of age, you will also receive an experience supplement. This means that your hourly wage increases the longer you are employed.
Every 13 weeks, you get an extra boost – your basic hourly wage increases by DKK 1.25 per hour. After one year of employment, your experience allowance is DKK 5 extra per hour and after two years, it is DKK 10 extra per hour.
In addition, you also earn holiday pay, so you have money when taking your time off.
When you get your first job, you must have an exemption card so that you are not deducted from tax. The good thing is that SKAT automatically creates an exemption card for you the year you turn 13 – and a new one every year thereafter.
If you get a job at Omdeler, we will download your exemption card digitally, so you do not have to do anything yourself.
