Omdeler as a workplace

Omdeler is one of Denmark’s largest youth workplaces

Every week, thousands of young people are involved as distributors. For many, it is their first encounter with the labour market – and a safe way to learn what it means to have a responsibility and a job.

At Omdeler, we are proud to employ so many young people who are under the age of 18.

Job for the life

The first job means more than you think

A spare time job does not only provide a salary. It also provides:

  • A routine in everyday life
  • Responsibility and independence
  • Experience that can be used later in life
  • Self-confidence in being able to handle a job yourself

For many young people, the first job is the beginning of something bigger!

The job can provide something that lasts

Many young people take the experience from their first job with them – both in school, education and work later in life.

It’s about learning to take responsibility, be conscientious, plan your time and carry out.
And these are skills that matter for the rest of your life.
