How to send a complaint about the website’s information on cookies
The website is endorsed by the Danish E-Commerce Association (FDIH) on cookies, and if you as a user believe that the website does not comply with cookie rules, you can address your complaint to FDIH.
Before you send your complaint to FDIH, the following requirements must be met:
You have previously sent a complaint directly to the operator of the website in question, with a detailed description of where and how the website does not comply with the Danish guidelines.
Your complaint has been rejected or the issue has not been solved at least 30 business days from receiving the complaint.

FDIH will then investigate your complaint within a reasonable time. Should your complaint be approved, the endorsement will be removed from the website.
